  • Lucky enough to catch two great acoustic sets from Chris at The Duchess and The Peel. What a wonderful catalogue of songs to choose from. Plenty from The Fabric and I was particularly thrilled to hear Ending - one of my favourite songs full stop. 10 mins before The Duchess set I requested it and he knocked up an acoustic guitar version - for the first time- awesome! Love The Luckiest Man Alive as the set opener too On the way to THe Peel, Georgia and I had played Gaze in the car and lo and behold we got it in the set having never realised it was a CJ song. Beautiful.

    Also really like the droll song introductions ( dreaming of randy vampires indeed....

  • Cheers for an excellent solo acoustic performance at The Peel on Saturday night before the Panic Room gig. Enjoyed the improvisation of The Dogs where you had to take on Anne-Marie's vocal as well. The whole set was superb. Good luck for 2010 with Parade and your solo work.

  • Bought the CD having found the band via the Panic Room association. Really love the songs, especially Feedline. Look forward to seeing the band live in 2010.
